Web vs mobile pricing.
Web (Stripe)
$1.99/mo or $19.99/yr. The cheapest direct path. The same Pro entitlement automatically syncs to iOS — subscribe once on the web, you’re Pro everywhere.
iOS (App Store)
Slightly higher than web. That’s Apple’s 15–30% commission on App Store purchases — not a markup we set. App Store billing is managed under your Apple ID; refunds go through reportaproblem.apple.com.

Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from Settings → Subscription on web (Stripe customer portal) or from your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on mobile. Your access to Pro features continues through the end of the current billing period — you don't get cut off mid-month, and you don't get charged again on renewal.
What's your refund policy?
Web purchases via Stripe: payments are non-refundable except where required by law. If you have a billing issue, reach out via the Support page and we'll review case-by-case. Mobile purchases via the Apple App Store or Google Play: refunds are handled by Apple or Google directly — request via reportaproblem.apple.com (Apple) or your Google Play account (Android). We don't have access to App Store / Play billing.
Why is there a price difference between web and mobile?
Apple and Google take a 15–30% commission on App Store / Google Play purchases. The web price ($1.99/mo or $19.99/yr) reflects what we actually keep when you subscribe directly via Stripe. Mobile pricing through the App Store will be slightly higher — that's Apple's cut, not us. Subscribing on the web gives you the same Pro entitlement on iOS and Android automatically.
Is there a family plan?
Yes — Family Sharing is live. One Pro subscription ($1.99/mo or $19.99/yr) covers up to 5 members sharing one budget. There is no per-seat charge. Everyone gets full read & write access — add transactions, set plans, see the whole household picture together. Set it up from Settings → Family Sharing.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your account stays intact and you keep full access to all your historical transactions, categories, debts, assets, and Lab data. Only the Pro-tier features revert: Hank goes back to 5 chats per day, Smart Import goes back to 1 import per day. The whole point of the budget keeps working. You can re-upgrade later without losing anything. If you want to delete the account entirely, that option is in Settings — it removes everything.
What if I stop paying mid-cycle?
You don't — billing is upfront for the period you've paid. If your card fails on renewal, Stripe retries a few times over a couple weeks; if it still doesn't work, your account drops to Free at the end of the period. No surprise charges, no debt, no lockout from your data.
